Suggestions for a wedding gown?
I was never one of those girls who dreamed about their wedding, I’m also not one to go shopping constantly so now that my wedding is slowly approaching I’m left with the fact I need a gown.
Can someone help me find a gown?
Here are some preferences, but I’m open to anything.
Floor length.
Train
Beading/lace detail.
Sweetheart neckline.
I would like a white or diamond white gown but I also don’t mind color.
I tend to stay away from halters, I think they make my shoulders look wide.
I would really love to wear a birdcage veil and have a very glamorous/vintage look.
I pointed out that I would like to wear a bird cage veil because the style doesn’t tend to work well with a lot of gowns IMO.
You can actually buy the veil seperately from the dress

White is usually more appropriate and simple for a wedding dress , and people normally don’t wear white dresses to a wedding, so you stand out more, which is what every bride deserves on her big day.

oh i totally misread that! if you like the birdcage veil, you can go for a sex and the city type of dress, form fitting sweetheart neckline, and then the poofy mesh, or draping material on the bottom

I applaud you on your birdcage veil idea. Combined with a modern dress, it’ll be a nice contrast, and its not as common as the regular veils. my favorites the last dress
