Have a couple questions about vintage Volkswagen Vans…?
I was considering purchasing a 1980 Volkswagen Van. What I wanted to know is if this investment will be well worth my money. Does it get good mileage? Will insurance be exceedingly high (especially since I’m a 16 year old teenager..)? How difficult are they to maneuver, especially because of their rather large size? And anything else you can let me know about them would be great.
not any harder to maneuver than any other vehicle its size. gas mileage not good. going uphill pitiful. lots of maintenance.
