I tried to change the starter, and now?
To review: I work at a time 70HP Evinrude outboard motor has not started more than one year. Bosch American had the starter repaired (which is necessary, thanks), but the engine still does not rotate fast enough to go around. Not turn on the caps installed, but when I put them on, and try to turn the key, the engine is not running fast enough to start. What will what's next?
