Where can I find a vintage Schwinn, Le Tour, Seat?

I’m tired of E-Bay so that is not an option.

The saddle was a standard Velo model with a plastic cover. Nothing special. In fact, they were downright lousy.

Anyway, the saddle spec for that bike changed considerably during the timeframe you mention so you’ll need to be more specific. A late 70s saddle would have the Schwinn logo on it while an 80s model usually didn’t. Even the color of the bike would be helpful. If you post this I might be able to help you out.

EDIT: I would recommend that you forget the idea of a “retro” saddle. Go to your local bike shop and purchase a road saddle (NOT a comfort “gel” model). Womens saddles are made wider to enable the rider weight to be placed on the “sit bones” rather than more tender parts. Even though road saddles have less padding they are far more comfortable when riding- as long as they are adjusted correctly.
