How can I sell a whole kitchen worth of vintage metal cabinets, Chambers oven and stove?
Not ebay – no way can I box up and ship 2000 lbs of steel. Perhaps an auction? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. This stuff is in primo condition!
Ebay gives you the option to sell only locally. You can stipulate local buyers only and that transportation is their responsibility.
Next option would be craigslist. Also, you could try contacting remodeling and contracting companies to see if anyone is currently looking.
Most areas also have “junk yards” that strip homes of reusable materials. Try googling your area for such companies.
Good luck, that Chambers stove could be worth $2500+
