Some help with building a guitar?

Hey, I’m building a guitar (electric and left handed ) and I need some information, ive bought the body, strat style, made of Queensland ash(pre cut) , so any information about any of these would be very much appreicianted!
*Staining/Varnishing
*Bridges
*Pickups (I play vintage rock, new rock, some alt.)
*Neck, preferably left handed!
*Input jack
*Knobs
*Switches
*Tuners, and how to install them
*And cover plates
ALL THIS IN A LEFTY VARIANT IF POSSIBLE
