where can i purchase good quality, inexpensive clothes/makeup?

i have a budget im given every season on which i spend on clothing. mom pays for shoes, but still, i hate to waste money! (for me, its extra clothes or my horse..horse, duh) so i wanna know all the best places to buy “filler” clothing. like i need a long black shirt, a colorful tunic, a big white vintage belt, black ballet flats. i dunno, random stuff. and whats the best outlet to buy makeup-i love glitter….?

You should only use European cosmetics!!!!!!! You don’t want your face ruined by “Made in china” junk! All my life since i first started using any cosmetics (11 years old) I have used the same french products! They have great quality things from $1- no more than $12. They have amazing perfume. Great non-fake gifts if you sign up for the catalog (free of charge) Lottery for cars, money, etc. (entry free of charge), bags, robes, and more french stuff, amazing quality, amazing price. After I would not go to any other place. I have been ordering from them for 15 years and am still pleased! Truely amazing!
