How much fabric will I need to cover a vintage wave chair. It measures 65 x 37 x 4 1/2 inches.?
It is a wave chair/ lounge in the style of Vladamir Kagan.
Depends on the width of the fabric?If it were 120cm wide which in inches is-47 inches wide,you will need 65″ which is just about two yards. The way I would do it is to put newspaper down .Two pieces measuring 65 long and 37 wide. You will be able to get depth from sides of fabric.If the fabric you choose is patterned however you may have to allow more to match it. I would take your measurements into fabric shop and check.
