Good LA/Hollywood Family Restaurants?
We will traveling through LA/Hollywood to get to Disneyland and are going to stop in Hollywood for a little sightseeing and shopping. We need to eat, so what are some good restaurants. We have two adults and a 17 year old who are picky eaters, so a flexible menu is a must. We will be having lunch and maybe dinner. Also, since i’m posting this, what are some good shops to look at? My daughter likes the boutique, vintage kinda stuff. Open for all suggestions! Thanks!
You might want to stop and shop at the Grove on Third and Fairfax and while you’re there, eat. There’s a farmer’s market with a huge food court with all kinds of stuff and there are a few good restaurants including a Cheesecake Factory that has at 19 page menu so everyone can find what they want. The food there is really good too.
In Hollywood, I suggest eating at Saddle Ranch Chop House on Sunset. It’s in a great location and has a pretty big menu.
As far as boutique shopping, you should try to hit Melrose for that. There’s a good Italian restaurant on Melrose called Louise’s that’s a great place for pasta, salads, pizza, etc.
A Vintage View of 1960′s Disneyland!
