3D Girls and Pin Up Models
The soldiers and sailors of the second world war were among the first to start plastering these lovely pin-up girls, who posed to evocatively, on their walls and lockers. The term “pin-up” was first coined back in the 1940s. Usually, pin up girls wore revealing clothes and sultry looks on their faces; their images would adorn magazines, post cards, and even the noses of military aircraft. In fact, they are idealized versions of what beautiful or attractive woman should look like.
In recent years, Pin up Art has involved into Digital Art with 3D models like Victoria series from DAZ Productions. Modern day pinup girls can be achieved without the difficulties presented by painting, and with the ease of pre-rendered 3D graphics. The whole idea is that graphic artists do not need to have painting and drawing skills.
