Make a commitment to yourself for a minimum of ten minutes every day to fill your energy tank and to recharge your batteries. It can be as simple as enjoying your favorite cup of tea or just changing your scenery at home as well as at work. For example, go outside and feel the warmth of the sunshine on your face.
When you take care of yourself every day you will quickly see the rewards. You will have more energy and be more productive both personally and professionally. Self Empower!
