Gift ideas for teenage girl!?

Hello,
I have a good friend whose birthday is coming up. She is turning 16. I have no clue what to get her. She likes things like tutus, vintage jewelry, the beach, and bows. I’m not sure what to make of it. I hinted at drawing a poster for her since I can draw pretty well. But, once again, I am at a loss as for what to draw.
Here’s some information that may or may not help; we live in NJ. She is from North Carolina. She has a bubbly personality.
Any suggestions are awesome. Maybe even some links to pictures I could attempt to draw.
