Artist Ray J Officially Takes Blame For Kim Kardashian Stardom
In a important action, Ray J formally declared that he is responsible for creating Kim Kardashian. Never mind a higher Creator, or perhaps Kim Kardashian’s dad and mom, Ray J is going to go ahead and say he made the leading reality television star ever since Joe Millionaire spilled the beans.
“I don’t hang with celebrities, I make stars. So you understand Kim was created…now I am off to a new venture,” claimed Ray J in a statement.
Boasting that you created Kim Kardashian is like the State of California bragging about its debts or Mark McGuire openly stating that he was happy to use anabolic steroids. If Kim Kardashian is a star compared to Michael Jackson’s Moonwalker is the greatest Sega Genesis video game of all-time. Let’s clear the record, exactly what Ray J made was a sex video; exactly what resulted was Kim Kardashian’s daunting run at fame.
It’s not quite a “chicken and egg” argument, well before the sex tape, no one had ever heard of Kim Kardashian. After the sex tape, she is on every single publication cover right from Los Angeles up to New Orleans, with a free trial of her fragrance inside and an application to sign up for the Kardashian debit card (it was ultimately pulled mainly because of its ridiculously high rates). Let’s get one thing straight, Kim Kardashian is not a celebrity. She actually is an investment. Her image is being commercialized, no actual natural talent. She is the poster child for all those things artificial in Hollywood and basically the whole world generally speaking. She made five million on the sex tape and never looked back….great for her.
Yet while Kim Kardashian has been able to eclipse the world a lot sooner than it had taken Facebook to get 500 million users, there exists a single market where Kim Kardashian has not reached: video game titles. It’s simple really, men and women who play video game titles don’t care about the commodity associated with the product, they care regarding the excellence of the item itself. That’s why television shows such as the Kardashians, and plenty of other programs in the same vein, stink. They force feed us ideas built entirely around pointless celebrities and say, “Here, this is what is on right now, you could either watch it or go read a book.’
Or perhaps you can go have fun with a video game…
Quality often is the winner in video games since the appearance of the product doesn’t matter, the feeling is all gamers care about. I use the Moonwalker case in point above since it had the most significant celebrity of all-time attached to it, yet the game was boring. Yes it sold a few copies after Michael Jackson’s passing, but exactly what player really spends his time playing the freaking game? It is a small case in point yet it is more than enough to pretty much guarantee the “Kim Kardashians,” “Jersey Shores,” and the “Justin Biebers” (jeepers creepers) will stay out of mainstream video games.
Ray J could keep on making celebrities all he wants, but at the end of the day, it is merely killing individuals’s notion of television and making consumers clamor for an experience which does not reek of hedonism (even though kids continue to look up to these “personalities” as role models, which happens to be most likely more damaging as compared to any video game title).
The Jace Hall Show is an online reality show that covers video game news and personalities as well as interviews with film/tv/sports celebrities. It also has articles that features Kim Kardashian stardom and how did Kim Kardashian start.
