Posters Of Celebrities Reading

posters of celebrities reading
What is the silliest thing you read on YA?

Since coming to YA I have read many silly things. Some pearls of wisdom include posters “killing off” celebrities who are alive and well, and attributing their work to someone completely different.

I have also seen some very dubious ideas about geography. Posters on here have lifted the Caribbean island of Grenada and moved it to Spain, presumably somewhere near Granada. The ancient monunent of Stonehenge has been moved from its home in Wiltshire, England, where it has happily resided for some 4,000 years, and taken it to Scotland. And tonight, the Dutch nation was given a new country. Germany.

But some of the most curious ideas on here are “scientific”. “The moon has no gravity” was one of the ideas touted, along with “the moon’s gravity comes from the earth” (??) Clearly Newton may as well not have bothered. Another was “how much deeper would the sea be without sponges?” – clearly Archimedes may as well not have bothered either.

That our landing on the moon was under question meaning it never actually happened ! And more than likely it was a staged event filmed in a studio in Hollywood somewhere !! Conspiracy Theorists never cease to amaze me !
