Learning objectives for “center” play (Preschoolers)?

Hey, guys! I’m a preschool teacher and am working on some new things in my classroom, one of which is posting a learning objectives poster in each of my learning areas in my classroom. I know within my own head what children learn from each area during free play but I’m not good at articulating it. I would like to find a website that professionally and technically explains what they learn from science, dramatic play, blocks, art, music, math, and sensory tables experiences. I googled it but didn’t get much luck. So, I came here hoping one of you intelligent people would maybe know of a website where I can find this. Thank you ahead of time! It’s very much appreciated. =)

Depending on the age, my daughter attends pre school and comes up with things such as photo collages of the family, spirit day where they wear favorite team sports clothes, crazy hair day, all red day, and also make things such as bird feeders, clay hands, and paper plate art. The sites like nickjr.com and sesame street, along with disney world can also offer suggestive ideas.
