Poster Dali

I don’t know how to talk to my mother in this situation.?
I am a 22 year old college student. I live at my parents’ home instead of dorm and go to school, because the distance is only 15 minutes by car.
In my room, there are many posters on my wall. They represent my identity. My favorite movies, Dali’s surrealism paintings, radiohead and other stuff.
My mother took out my pink floyd poster and dark knight poster and threw them away, because they looked “sexually inappropriate and violent” to her.
Here are the links to my two lost posters

I just turned speechless for her saying that these were sexually inappropriate and violent and thinking that her action was just.
Help me out to make sure that I lecture her right, so she can realize what she did wrong.
Thank you.
I doubt very much that a lecture will make any difference!
It’s her home and it’s her rules. She is letting you know this by going into your private space, your bedroom and removing stuff. How do you know that she doesn’t go into your cupboards and draws to see if you are doing anything that you shouldn’t be???
As I said a lecture will be useless, expect to be told that it’s her home and she doesn’t like sexual or violent things in it!
You have 1 option, think about it very hard before you take it. Tell her that if she continues going into your bedroom, you will move out into dorm. Simple as that, but can you afford to do this??
To be honest, I don’t like either picture but if my 10 year old daughter put them up on her walls it wouldn’t bother me as it’s her space and her identity!
I haven’t really been much help have I? I honestly believe that she shouldn’t be going into your room full-stop! You should be cleaning and dusting it plus changing your sheets and doing your own washing and ironing! I never had the problem with my mother as she never entered my bedroom or did my washing etc.
Maybe it’s time that you started to take care of your as though you were living in a dorm already?
Good luck but I think that you have and almighty big battle ahead of you!
