LOTS of popcorn when maintaining my weight?
Went from 132 to 106 lbs now trying to maintain weight, well yesterday i had airpopped popcorn with no butter, oil or salt just some sprits of vinegar and SEASONS KERNALS parmesan powder stuff. I ate a WHOLE like baking bowl of it and the rest of my bfs lol. I loved it cuz i aint had it in forever but it didnt have salt or butter or bad things on it. Was that fattnining or will it have harmed my weight? I love plain popcorn i would have just ate it without the vinegar and seasons kernals but i wanted something different like the vinegar.
Was that fatning?
No if u keep doing what u were doing before to lose the weight ull be perfectly fine
just remain to eat a balanced diet , but treats like that once in awhile are perfectly fine
but if i may ask, how did you lose all that weight ?
and how long did it take ?
