Great Food that wont take over an hour to make and isnt mega expensive?

i am getting tired of making hamburgers, chicken with fetticine noodles and alfredo sauce, or shrimp/chicken in teriyaki sauce. thats literally all i know how to make that doesnt come in a can or box (besides popcorn because it comes in a bag =P)… any ideas?

CHICKEN PARMESAN PASTA SALAD
1package Betty Crocker® Suddenly Salad® Caesar pasta salad mix
1/4cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4cup milk
2cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1medium cucumber, coarsely chopped (1 cup)
1medium tomato, seeded and coarsely chopped (3/4 cup)

1.Cook and drain pasta mix as directed on package. Rinse with cold water until chilled; drain.
2.In large bowl, stir together seasoning mix (from salad mix), mayonnaise and milk. Stir in pasta and remaining ingredients. Toss with croutons and Parmesan Topping (from salad mix). Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.

SMOKEN TURKEY QUESADILLAS
1ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
4oz (half of 8-oz package) regular cream cheese or reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
1/2teaspoon ground cumin
1/4teaspoon garlic powder
1/4teaspoon salt
1/8teaspoon pepper
1/2cup julienne-cut oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained
1can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso® chopped green chiles, drained
1cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeño peppers or regular Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)
1package (11.5 oz) Old El Paso® flour tortillas for burritos (8 tortillas)
8slices (1 1/2 oz each) smoked turkey breast
1cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
2tablespoons butter or margarine
4ripe olive slices, if desired

1.In medium bowl, mash avocado. Stir in cream cheese, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir in tomatoes and chiles.
2.Sprinkle 3/4 cup of the Monterey Jack cheese on 4 of the tortillas. Top each with turkey slice. Spread avocado mixture over turkey. Top with remaining turkey slices. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup of the Cheddar cheese. Top with remaining tortillas.
3.In 12-inch skillet, melt 1/2 tablespoon of the butter over medium heat. Add 1 quesadilla; cook 2 to 4 minutes, turning once, until golden brown. Repeat with remaining butter and quesadillas. Garnish with remaining Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses. Top each with olive slice.

EASY PORK SKILLET
1tablespoon vegetable oil
3/4pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1/8-inch strips
2packages (3 ounces each) pork-flavored ramen noodles
1 1/2cups water
1medium red bell pepper, cut into 3/4 inch pieces (1 cup)
1cup broccoli flowerets
4medium green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces (1/2 cup)
1tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 2 teaspoons parsley flakes, if desired
1tablespoon soy sauce

1.Heat 12-inch skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add oil; rotate skillet to coat side.
2.Add pork; stir-fry about 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink.
3.Gently break apart noodles. Stir noodles, seasonings from flavor packets and remaining ingredients into pork. Heat to boiling. Boil 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are completely softened.
