Is the following eating plan good or bad ?
When I wake up, I prepare four tuna sandwiches, and cut them in halfs. I eat a half every two hours through out the day. I also eat a pear, a 100 calories popcorn bag, or a bowl of cereal as a snack. I don’t eat a main big meal.
All of this gives me a total of 1400 calories at the end of the day.
Well, the many small meals throughout the day thing is sensible, but if it’s too boring and repetitive you’ll get fed up real soon. Also, get more fruits and vegetables in there.
