How can I lose this weight? Please help!?
Im exactly 6ft tall. Im in 8th grade, so I’m a really big kid. I’m tired of having this gut on me. I dont think I need abs, but I need a quick fix to zap 30 lbs. Im 230 lbs in guessing. But I am pretty muscular, so I don’t think I need to weigh 180. My favorite foods are:
Candy bars, I eat way to man
Soda pop, Drink 2-4 a day
Popcorn – I eat a bowl at least every few days.
What are some ways I can lose the gut and get a lean body within a few weeks? I really need help here.
I have tried this before, and I just couldent stick with it. What are some ways I can motivate myself to hit my target weight?
Target weight : 190 lbs.
There’s no way you can do it in a couple weeks. But if you do stop eating candy bars, soda and popcorn as well as any other junk food, you should lose some poundage. Probably like 5 to 10. But more like 5. I stopped eating fast food for 7 months and over that 7 months I lost 5 pounds. You need to work out too like running or something. Eventually it will come off. You need to have determination and self-control.
