Is this a good diet and exercise program?
I have 16 years of age, female, 5'5 "107 pounds I want to keep one exercise tones intestine. Turbo-Jam (DVD cardiovascular work) at least 1 -walking/jogging-heure cycling (a couple of times a week) diet breakfast chocolate waffles (no syrup) sandwich or cereal (without milk) breakfast of peanut butter (with bread bio) Vegan or a movie or a bagel with cream cheese fruit snack or a granola bar snack of fruit or low-fat meal, high protein vegetarian (eg mouth burger w / salad and light vinaigrette) courses I can change my diet, but is essentially the same food. I do not drink soda or eat fast food. i avoid dairy products because it gives me a stomachache. my occasional treats are chocolate, Pop Tarts, muffins and cookies. turbo jam supposedly burns 700-1000 calories per hour. What do you think? sound?
too many processed carbohydrates
