If you are hosting a party, here are some Hershey's chocolate recipes that will delight your guests.

Peanut Butter Kisses

• One and a half cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder teaspoon
• The half teaspoon salt
• ½ cup unsalted butter softened
• Three quarters of creamy peanut butter
• One-third cup granulated suger
• Third of a cup sugar firmly packed brown
• 1 large egg
• 2 tablespoons tablespoons milk
• 1 teaspoon teaspoon vanilla extract
• Additional granulated sugar [for rolling cookie balls]
• 48 Hershey's Chocolate Wrapped kisses
• Preheat oven to 375. F

Place about a half cup of sugar for the material in a greased 8-inch cake. Place aside. In a medium bowl, sift flour, baking soda and salt, set aside. In a large bowl, beat butter and peanut butter and mix well. Beat granulated and brown sugar until very light and fluffy. Add egg, milk and vanilla and beat until smooth. Gradually beat the dry ingredients reserved in the wet ingredients. Portion of the dough and shape into balls. Roll balls in sugar. Place balls about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet large. Cook until they turn light golden, about 80-10 minutes, turning if necessary for even cooking. Remove from oven and immediately place a Hershey Kiss in center of each cookie. Press firmly. Cool. Makes about 48 cookies.

Hershey's Chocolate Cake

• 4 eggs
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 4 black bar of Hershey's chocolate
• Two small boxes of chocolate syrup
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 ½ cups flour
• Pinch of salt
• Half teaspoon baking
• 1 cup butter

Sift dry ingredients. melting Hershey bars and add to the mix. Add egg and beat at a time. Add butter and milk. Add the chocolate syrup. Bake in greased tube pan at 300 degrees to start [about half an hour] and ending at about 350 degrees until cooked completely. Test with a toothpick. Glazed ice or frost your favorite.
