01 ford taurus transmission and it’s stuck in park the brake lights pop on and off when i press them?
sounds like your lock out solenoid is not working . this will not let you take the vehicle out of park when you depress the brake pedal . try wiggling the shifter when you step on the brake . if the shifter is on the floor look for a shift lock disengage hole . you just have to push something in the hole and it will work .
