Can my Tele make me buy an Ice Pop?
I watched a bit of tele one day and there was an ice pop ad. I suddenly found myself in my car driving off somewhere I’d never been before. And low-and-behold….the ice pop off of the tele was staring me in the face. I paid the ice cream-stall man a tenner for it ( i brought half a box of them) and drove into an open field and ate them all. I couldn’t look my wife in the face afterwards.
Should i feel guilty?
Subliminal advertising, which is what you are talking about, is possible …. but is also illegal on TV
