Pop Fly

What if there is a runner on first and there is a pop fly that lands exactly in the area of the 1st base bag?
Say a ball is hit in the air and there is a runner on first base, now hes gonna stay still if its an infield fly. what happens if the first basemen has to catch it exactly on the area where the bag is? Does the runner have to get out of the way or can he stay there? What if the first baseman collides with the runner and he drops the ball? Is that interference. but he was on the bag??? HELP!
it will not be an infield fly cause there is a runner only on first… the runner on fist can stay on the bag and not have to move its up to the first baseman to avoid the runner on the bag ..it can not be interference if he in on the bag…even if the first baseman drops the ball all he has to do is either step on the bag or throw to second base to get an out..it is kind of like if you hit a line drive and it hits a runner off the bag the runner is out ..if you hit a line drive and the runner is on the bag he is not out …
