How I can Amaranth "popcorn"?
Every time I tried to burn and they wont pop could too old?
I've never done this, but I found a large number of outcomes of complaints like yours. This seems to be the solution. Indeed, the grains do not grow much. Put the pan – Dry, without even a drop of oil on the stove. When the pan is hot, pour carefully into a spoonful of amaranth seeds. Avoid covering the entire bottom of pan. Quickly cover with lid. You can then watch a funny scene of action appear small (now that is why a glass lid is best, otherwise you'll have to trust your ears and listen carefully to the quiet, pretty cracks). When all the grains have ended happily jump in the pan pour the contents in a container, place in pan and repeat with the next batch. Each item was, oh, about five seconds, and the total amount you need will be easily and quickly.
