bakery cake FONDANT help?
I love this idea
but i have no idea how to get the dinosaur popping like that.
Any tips on how i can make the center like that?

The hole in the cake isnt the problem its how can i get the fondant to open like that. Other than ripping it.
When you lay the fondant down on the cake, use a pastry knife and slice the centre part into even slices, and carefully fold each slice back.
