Picture Quality Printer Paper

I’m having a problem printing pictures on a glossy paper…?
I am trying to print high quality pictures on a glossy paper for work. The printer was working fine yesterday, and I decided to change the ink cartridges in the printer bc they were low. I changed the magenta, blue, black (noir photo), and glossy cartridges. After I changed them, the printer is printing really bad quality images. It is very magenta and red in printing out and you can see the lines in the ink. I dont know what i did wrong. I checked all my preferences and it hasnt changed. I tried to clean the nozzle head of the printer but it still didnt fix the problem. Can anyone suggest a solution?
BTW, the printer is an EPSON Stylus PHOTO R800

Printers and faxes
Right click your printer
Click properties
Click printing preferences
On the lower window on the left (Type is) and scroll to the paper you use for the proper ink spray.
Click ok
