Have you traveled (Silverton, Ouray CO, CO) of the "Million Dollar Highway"?
Road Trip! <3 My friends our cousins and I are planning our next road trip was, and we like the idea of Colorado. I came across the road "million dollars" immediately fell in love with her. We like the fact that it is building near John Wayne True Grit. We would like to see in the movie was filmed! Therefore, I have to help reduce the options for this road trip. We intend to stay at least two nights and we would like your suggestions on places to stay in the areas mentioned, or maybe some others you may know who are nearby. I understand that Ridgway, Colorado is the place to go for the establishment of the film. (If I'm wrong, please correct me) believe that Ridgway is our best destination. Please give me your opinion on the best places to stay are Ridgway (or near), and all things to do and see. Everything would be very fun to listen …. so we can have a good time. Thanks!
Yes, I was climbing on ice in the Ouray Ice Park and ski touring on Red Mountain Pass. if only we will be going around that looks a bit boring for me, I recommend going to Telluride. The best views (the highest concentration of 14ers in the state), and a city, and you can browse the gondola to release the mountains to the mountain village. Silverton is basically a street. Is a hot spring around this area somewhere, if you ever forgotten where. Red Mountain Pass is a nice player and scary fun / Si. And it's definitely a beautiful area, I just see better.
