Framed Posters Las Vegas

Is there a place that does reasonable-cost poster framing (using plastic frames) in the Las Vegas area?
We used to have stores like “Prints Plus” in the malls that did this, but they don’t seem to exist anymore. It seems like all we have left now are high-end art framing places that charge a minimum of $150 to $250 for an average-sized poster.
When I pay $10 for a poster, it just doesn’t make sense to have to spend $150 to $250 to have it framed. I also strongly prefer the simple, thin, light-weight plastic frames, but the framing places I visit now don’t carry those.
Are there any other stores similar to “Prints Plus” that are still in business in the Las Vegas area?
Why not just go to Walmart, Target, etc., buy a poster frame, and put it in yourself? $30.00, and 5 minutes.
