Wall mounting your Nintendo Wii

How is that video games have become a home for your child to the living room? Gone are the days that video games were more than a child's toys.

Having grown up in the 80's, I remember spending hours and hours with me lock myself in my room to play Nintendo classics. Or even before, my older brothers had me out of their rooms when they were playing Pong or a video game.

Are no longer considered as video game systems a child's toy or activity. We have three systems play in our home and children in the house are only 2 years and 3. I'm still the child playing Nintendo and Super Nintendo for hours, but now I do not have to go to my room. With the Wii games like Wii Sports and Wii Fit, even my wife likes to play.

Now that the game systems have been caught in a living room, where do you put? Do not want our Wii sitting on the floor like my games at once. I do not want sits on the mantel hung with ropes so that children can become infected. Our TV is mounted on the wall just above the fireplace and have just enough length for the 15-foot HDMI cable to get to the TV through the wall, but it looks very clean.

After buying our Wii, we were asked to identify the problem where to put it. We came up with the idea of the wall to mount behind the TV to not have to open the wall to run more cable. After spending hours searching the unit online, retail stores, including renewals, we could not find anything that was coming, so we decided to make our own. We consulted with professionals plastics industry and had the Wii on the wall. Now we have to play our games on the big screen and always have that clean air, as if the Wii was not there.
