Can anyone suggest a good shooter classic Nintendo DS?

I just want a simple action game like Galaga. In other words, I I want a game where you control a plane / aircraft approaching enemies in the training pattern.

Geometry Wars: Galaxies is great. It's a little intense, and Galaga, as you can move the ship of war completely around the screen, the screen is the top of the game, except you can turn your ship in the direction opposite. But if you still want traditional, you can always get Namco Museum DS. This is basically all their old games like Pac-Man and other things. But includes Galaga Almighty! The links are the source of both. Oh, and you do not have to EBGames to get them, you can get at Wal-Mart, Target, GameStop … anywhere sells games.
