What’s up with my Nokia 2610?

Ok I have a goPhone Nkia 2610 for at&t. I have been getting games from Mobiles24.com, its all been good. But I can’t seem to download anything above 300 KB. It says too large to save. But if its too large to save, why is it even on the website, plus some reviews says that it works for them. So I really need help cause I want the game Donkey Kong Country. Oh and I deleted everything except my contacts to leave alot of memory on the phone and it still didnt work. Please help. And if you have a Nokia 2610 and know of a good website that will work and will be able to download good games like Donkey Kong, or (the full) Mario Classic game. Or any game that has been on the SuperNintendo. lol Like Zombies Ate My Neighbors (FAVORITE GAME). So please help me. Thanks

Games that are larger than 300kb are on Mobiles24 because most of today’s phones do not have this 300kb restriction.

The Nokia 2610 only has 3mb of “shared” memory (which, to be honest is tiny for today’s standards – You wouldn’t even be able to put “one” normal length/quality MP3 song on the phone), and when any Java application is run on the phone, even more memory is required, which, if it runs out, could possibly damage the phone, this is probably why Nokia restricted the handset to only allow jar files no larger than 300kb to be installed. I’m afraid there is nothing you can do to bypass or increase this restriction. The only option you have, is to buy a new phone.
