What is the exact size you need to convert a video so you can play full screen on my iPod classic 160 GB 6G?

Some videos My classics are small (black bars above and below) and some are a little tense! I want to know the exact resolution can be supported by the vids to play correctly: D!

The iClassic has a screen of 320×240 pixels. Something with a resolution or proportional to it, perfectly integrated into the screen. (PS: Some say that screen is 240×320, but if you just thought it would be vertical in this way! lol): P
