Horse boot sizes?
I need to get some splint boots for my horse, but I don’t know how to measure for them. The ones I was looking at were the Classic Equine Pro Tech Splint Boots (front). I know on the back of the package it tells you how to measure, but I only want to have to drive to the tack store once for this. Also, has anyone used these boots before? How well do they work? Would they work good for barrel racing? Thanks!
I use these boots and for my mare who weighs around 1,000 lbs I buy a medium! yes I prefer these boots over professional choice boots. for barrel racing they seem to provide better support.
