What kind of metal did you choose for your wedding band?
I thought the hard ring-shopping work was over when I bought my fiancee’s engagement ring. WRONG. Now I have to get a ring for myself. I got platinum for her because I knew it was what she wanted, but now I don’t know what to get for myself. I definitely want a white metal, but after that I’m lost. I’m looking for something durable and classic, and price is not an issue. What kind of metal is the best for men’s wedding bands?
I am actually buying my husband’s wedding band and he is getting mine. I am getting platinum for him because it is just what he likes. That has been my idea this whole wedding planning, just get what the other likes. He knows I love white gold so he will concentrate on getting me that. If you aren’t sure because you want it durable then I would go to a very good jewelry shop and ask around for their personal preference but I would suggest for durability get platinum.
