knitting questions on classic elite lagran mohair….?
about how expensive is it, per skein?
are there less expensive similar kinds of yarn that would work instead?
and, if anyone knows what im talking about, im trying to make errol from the charmed knits book by alison hansel.

Yarndex classifies it as a worsted weight, so I guess if you found a worsted weight yarn that was fuzzy like the La Gran mohair, you could substitute it.
I input worsted fuzzy acrylic into Yarndex, and one of the yarns it came back with was Red Heart’s “Symphony” – you may want to check into that, it would be considerably less expensive than La Gran (MSRP is $5.39 for 99g/310 yds)
