what should i do about the wrong sized UGGs?

my dad got me a pair of the classic cardy uggs in gray but they dont fit well. he ordered them off of ebay and we cant return them because theres a 5 day return policy. he said we can switch them for black in the right size or try and resell them. i dont really like black though and it could take forever to re-sell them.
what should i do?
