What a good book on art and architecture of ancient Greek and Gothic Romanesque art?
I conclude my third semester at school and I find it hard to sell my copy of the art of the twelfth Gardner (Edition, Volume I) Age, the book of my age class and medieval art, because I like the way it is complete. (I am, however, sold the book because it is much for a book I need!) I especially like the ancient Greek and Roman art, medieval, Romanesque, Gothic architecture. It was the first art history class I've done, and though I doubt I'm another course of my academic career, I do not want to forget how much I enjoyed class. Have a suggestion for a book that deals with these periods? I preferred the text images, mainly because I just see the art and analyze myself. Any ideas? Thanks!
