Art Supplies Storage Cabinet

Is there such thing as proof storage cabinets floods or units?
I live in a basement and has a lot of equipment expensive photographic and art supplies. I would save in a kind of closet shelves / you can close and save my stuff protected against a possible flooding. I tried searching online but no luck. Is there something like that out there?
I have now the barrels are made for foods that have screw top. The food industry is selling. They are food grade, the color of red clay with black hoods. I know they come in different sizes and are a bit expensive but you lifelong time.They sell here in Europe, but I'm sure they have in the states. Olive pickles and making use of olive oil. Inspect the food storage containers. What is your best bet. I'm sure it will work for peanuts. They come as big as a girl of 55 years. Great if you live in a flood zone for your records and mail.
