What should an art teacher know to set up a community of screen?

I am a teacher who is changing the primary fields of art in general. What is the typical process throughout the year to prepare the sample of community art as the month for young people? Are there things that can save you headaches just before a show?

We just had our whole school art show our local mall, and for me it was better to keep all Students work throughout this year in a portfolio of class (I lockers are also divided by year) .* My assistant and I work, arranged so that one day determined, which could give a child every five new art pieces a year, then I ask you to choose and keep up to use. I think it gives them more choice and participation in the show, and for a wide variety of work while ensuring that the child feels proud of his work on screen. Then, when you get the "Third Degree" box has 5 different types of third year of work on the screen instead of a million versions of the draft class. I started asking for volunteers, a couple of weeks before the show our weekly newsletter parents and had left the day before and the day that work stopped. * I keep all the children working on Artsonia (I recommend) for parents, however, know what happens.
