has anyone in this martial arts section ever heard of brain jitsu. Any martial artists ?
Do not get confused. I am not talking about any brazilian jitsu or anything similar to that. Brain jitsu is a type of pro gramme I’ve been watching lately on the cbbc channel. (as I live in the UK). They show young people and kids doing mental training and they have to pass the test. Then they will go to the advanced belt Which stops at black belt. The reason I asked this because I think brain jitsu is so effective and no one has ever asked a question in this site about brain jitsu or what it is. Because it takes allot of mental strength and almost 0 % physical to be a black belt. Well I might be the first one ever to ask a question about brain jtsu in this site.
The real question is, is it a martial art ?
