What price for Fine Art Photography prints?
I am going to be in Photo Show soon and am confused as to what to ask for my photos. I am a beginner and although I have Show experience I have never sold much. I want to make sure they sell so I am looking for an attractive selling price that someone won’t mind spending.
I was thinking $150 but that seems like a lot to me. My sense of the dollar is a bit askew. Then I thought maybe just $50, that seems like a sure sale.
The show is going to be in a bagel shop/cafe. It is only going to be open from 7am to 2pm. I don’t know what kind of clientele this is. I wouldn’t suppose many rich, art-inclined people would be going there.
Is $50 putting me down or does it sound right for this venue. The prints are 11×14 framed in 16×20 frames and color of nature.

$50 is unlikely to cover your time and material.
Figure what your costs are, including time, and then price it at least 3 keystone. Otherwise it probably isn’t worth the trouble.
