Are these guitars good? This particular one..?

Hey guys
So I’m 15 and want to learn how to play the guitar! Today my mom and I went down to the local guitar shop, C.B. Perkins, and they had me try holding a few to see the different sizes and how i liked the fits. (I’ve never played ). We came to the conclusion that the dreadnought size is best for me!
And the particular one they suggest I buy is this one;

Did you go to the CB Perkins in San Jose, down by the golfland? He’s the nicest, most knowledgable guitar Luthier in the business… at least from what I’ve found after 16 years of playing. I took a guitar to the Music Go Round to have the nut replaced on a Fender strat. The studid kid ruined my fretboard. He put a huge crack in it. C.B Perkins fixed it right up, and it looks and plays better than ever. His guitars are good, and the one you showed us is great for starting out and should last you awhile.

I would buy a guitar there if he recommended it to me. A couple places not to go, is the Guitar Showcase. The sales people are jerks who make you feel like you’re an idiot, even after playing for so long, they make me feel like I don’t belong in their store. They do, however have good acoustic guitars, but are slightly overpriced when compared to guitar center.

I also suggest getting a few lessons, possibly at CB Perkins. His strings were a little overpriced, so I would get those off the internet or somewhere else.
