you can not learn a martial art from a video, website, or book. a friend of mine found that out the hard way…

you need an instructor to correct your stance, and technique. you may think you’re doing what the guy in the video is doing, but you’re not.

videos are good for keeping things fresh in your mind, if you’re going out of town for vacation or a business trip where you won’t get a chance to train in a dojo. videos only work if you already have an idea of what is going on.
