What is it with tattoo artists? Looking for a how to dvd.?

Does anyone know of a good instructional dvd on learning to tattoo? Or can anyone help me with instructions on how to tattoo myself? I am a professional artist and I have all the equipment I need. I’ve been working on my tattoo for 3 years now. So I’ve been watching very carefully. Before I begin I want to make certain I’m doing it correctly. I’ve honestly had it with tattoo artists’ and their attitudes and meanness and quite frankly, their “god complexes’. They’ve messed up my design by being so possessive and unyeilding; and the egotistic negativity regarding others’ art forms. The days of the biker & prison tattoos is over. It is a mainstream “process” now. I believe anyone can learn to do it. If you can draw or trace, with a little instruction on how to use the gun, I think it can be done. So I’ve just decided to finish my tattoo on my own. So I’m just looking for a dvd on the use and maintenance of the gun and technique. Thank you!
