I think doing work experience in an art gallery during the summer?

I'm in my first year for the universe, I am studying Fine Arts and living in Warrington during the holidays, so I want to go to the galleries in the Northwest. I know people who work in galleries, people in the industry art and those who have experience working in galleries. I know it's a little early, but can be long waiting lists and want to start contacting people so soon as possible.

It is difficult to find gainful employment at this time in a gallery, but all the smaller galleries could use an extra pair of hands paid no further exposure. If you send a cover letter with your resume outlining your ambitions and involves its course and if you say you are highly motivated, dynamic and passionate, you are then you have to expect some success. You volunteer to all the galleries, big or small as you can find. I speak from experience! Good luck girl!
